Squirt Blackhawks win the Adray Metro League Championship!

Congratulations to the Squirt Blackhawks on winning their League Championship on Saturday March 6 with a 4-0 shutout victory over the Port Huron Flyers.

The Blackhawks had contributions from all team members, including goals scored by Will Reaume, Ian McManus, Henry Robertson, and John Treppa.  Blake Sheridan was perfect in net, posting the shutout.  Blake had plenty of help in front of him with outstanding defense played by Garrett Moore, Zack Nicolai, and Tae Min Whinham.  Also putting in a strong effort were teammates Eric Landgraf, Ben Hemond, Hannah Roegner, Abbey Roegner, Daniel Spier, Justin Howcroft and Margaret McMurray.  This was a great ending to a very successful and fun season for the Blackhawks.

We also would like to commend Coaches Dave Roegner, John Moore and Robb Robertson for all their preparations in getting the kids ready for the big game!  Way to go Blackhawks!
